These timestamps are in Central Standard Time (CST).
Most of the dashboards refresh only once a day at the scheduled time during off peak hours in CST. But if there're any delays or failures our support team will do manual refreshes.
We are continuously monitoring the dashboard refreshes to identify and recitify any failures. But if you notice that your dashboard is not refreshed at the scheduled time (Last refresh time is older than 1 day) please escalate to the support team via a support ticket. We'll address the refresh issue and confirm back with in 1 hour.
