How to change your password

Want to change your Doctrix password?

This is to change your password if you already know your old password. Password change can be done for both Doctrix and Doctrix plus in below steps.


If you're a Doctrix Portal User who uses https://doctrix.synergenhealth.com
  1. Go to https://pwd-doctrix.synergenhealth.com/qvrdweb/Pages/en-US/password.aspx
  2. Enter user name in this format: doctrix\username
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password (again to confirm)
  5. Then Submit.

If you're a Doctrix Plus Portal User who uses https://doctrixplus.synergenhealth.com
  1. Go to https://pwd-doctrixplus.synergenhealth.com/
  2. Enter user name in this format: docx\username
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password (again to confirm)
  5. Then Submit.


Idea
A password must contain 

If you do not have your old password, please raise a support ticket to reset it. Our support agents will reset it and send the new password in email within one day.
